"All is good until they mess up on paperwork and you want to see details of your updated policy. Then everything becomes an unexplainable mess. Good luck trying to get in touch with the person who did your policy to begin with. Currently on day 4 of calling and leaving messages, waiting for a callback. So far explained the issue to about 5 people (including one of the managers) and yet no answers. One name i’d like to point out is Pablo. He is the one who was supposed to deal With this issue and is purposely avoiding our calls. Extremely unprofessional!"
