As to your note. I Daniel, answered your call promptly; when you requested to talk to Rene first, then Yareli. I shared with you they were not available. It was clear you were unhappy with this.

You then requested to have anyone help you and I shared that I answered your call to avoid you calling going to voicemail. I shared then that we were all on calls including myself and I asked that you allow me to have someone call you back in 20 minutes.

You did not like that and you shared your displeasure. You responded angrily, I was assertive and let you know; we were all on the phone. You then asked who you could talk to cancel your accounts. I responded we could cancel your accounts, but we still had to return your calls because we were all handling prior calls.

We disconnected and then you called back again not 30 seconds later to our corporate telephone number they routed you back to me and you hung up the call as soon as you recognized me.

In order to give you immediate attention we needed to disregard a different family and unless you had an emergency, I was not prepared to do that.

Griselda and Rene did follow up after our conversation; I made sure of it and as you said they are great at what they do!

Yesterday our humble office handled over 500 calls, 0 went to voicemail
and we received one complaint; yours.

Although it is my wish that we handle 100% of the calls in the moment, I do ask for grace and the opportunity to return a call or a task when the team is already handling existing calls.
